Self Service Options
Balance & Transactions-This information is available through the online account as well as the mobile app.

· Change PIN- This information can be updated through our IVR system by calling the number on the back of the card, and through their online account at www.achievecard.com

Please be advised that this will be our last notice for all employees (old and new) under your lead to submit a response in the locker form. We will force open all unassigned and unregistered lockers on Friday, March 13 so we can move forward in assigning them to employees who have none. Hoping that you can still cascade the form and have your team submit response before said date.

If supervisor is currently engaged on a call, advise the customer that they will be placed on the queue and once available, the supervisor will attend to their needs. Agent then cold transfers the call to the Tier II queue.

This is so we can update the ones that we are using as some lockers are still occupied by our inactive employees and some are registered to employees which are actually being used by other employees - then we can vacate the unused lockers and give them to our recent hires who have none yet.

You may use the same for the following purposes: proof of financial capacity as attachment to loan application, postpaid line application, credit card application, etc.
The following release schedules shall be followed to suit everyone's shifts:

The following release schedules shall be followed to suit everyone's shifts:
- Morning - 10AM to 12PM
- Afternoon - 3PM to 6PM
- Evening - 9PM to 12MN
PEAK SEASON AFS INCENTIVE
Top 5 agents will be awarded Php 3,000 each.
Stats Coverage - Feb 7 - March 31
Mechanics:
1. Agents will be ranked based on average raw data on the following metrics:
a. Adherence
b. AHT
c. QA Pass Rate (combined UGS and AFS audits)
d. Compliance Pass Rate (combined UGS and AFS audits)
2. Once we identify agent ranking for each metric, rankings will be added up to get composite ranking.
Ex. Agent 1 Metric Ranking
ADH - Rank 5
AHT - Rank 2
QA Pass - Rank 3
Compliance Pass - Rank 2
Composite Rank - 12
3. Once we get the composite ranking for all agents, they will be ranked again, and the top 5 agents will be getting the Php 3,000 each.
4. Tier II agents will be eligible for this based on their Tier I AHT.
Newly-Hired Agents
Top 3 agents will be awarded Php 3,000 each.
Stats Coverage - March 1 - 31
Mechanics: same as above, limited to newhires
Newhires = the 3 agents that went live last week, plus the 9 from RushCard.
